The name Pipila is from a local hero in Guanajuato, our hometown, who played a crucial role during the Mexican independence war. El Pipila, a courageous miner fighting for his fellow countrymen, became a revered figure due to an act of extraordinary bravery. He carried a heavy rock on his back to breach the enemy's stronghold and emerged victorious. This inspiring feat not only secured their triumph in the war but also served as the inspiration behind naming our brand after him.
